We’ve been getting down, dirty and dusty digging in the metaphorical digital crates to uncover these little-known gems. Back to 1974 or possibly ’75 and a young, fresh-faced Norman Jay in the days before he got his first proper Raleigh Chopper.

Here we see Norman putting in an early performance on the wheels of steel, up to no good in a back-alley with his mates and a Union Flag and posing Easy Rider style in front of the Speedway of Acton Honda service centre (who also used to be a Lambretta dealer back in the 1960s).
