I have decided to look at this from the angle of ‘images’ and peripheral stuff that surrounds a world cup, and I’m starting in 1974, for no particular reason… For the record books, it was set in West Germany, and the final was won by West Germany 2-1, against the total football of Johan Cruyff’s Holland, who many neutrals wanted to win… so, VOEA readers, check out these reminders….
