Mod Generation Stickers

We came across this motley crew while searching for pictures for our Seventies Sticker Art post. As they were from 1969 they just fell short of the cut-off point, plus there were so many good ones that they deserved their own post.

Mod Generation were a set of cards/stickers and a piece of gum made by the New York company Topps. Although they’re called the ‘Mod Generation’ there isn’t a Three button suit, Parka or Button-Down shirt in sight, really they should’ve been named the ‘Hippy Generation’. Anyhow, ladies and gents it’s time to meet Tony, Nancy, Herb and the rest of their groovy gang.
