We first became aware of the bright and colourful artwork of Ananda Lustoza Nahu whilst compiling pictures for the Voices of East Anglia blog post Soul and Jazz Street Art . The Brazilian born street artist mainly paints psychedelic style pictures of Soul'n'Jazz ladies, although Hendrix, Marvin and Curtis do make appearances.
Amongst her work are Soul Sisters Aretha Franklin, Fontella Bass and Betty Wright, and on the Jazz side are singers Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan.
Visit her Flickr website page for more examples of her dazzling artwork. There's also an interview with her in the London Street-Art Magazine
